this weight loss shit is so for the birds right now…im very upset over this ulcer and just everything I’m dealing with right now is just to much for me…my throat feels as tho someone is choking me ((when I swallow))…and I know I’m not going to have a good night sleep. fml fml fml fml

so I have a big ulcer….the doctor said that he hadn’t seen one that big in a while…and it has dark spots ((blood)) sooooo looks like another fuckin thing and more meds to add to the list….
