Tonight I will have two of my mentees that like to fight (14 & 15 year olds). They dont go out starting fights its just what they do when approached with stress and anger. Sooo with that being said I have printed out and will be giving them a 5 step approach sheet to managing anger and another sheet (activities) that they can do when they get upset.
