lifeofanappyheadedfatchic: The East Harlem Scholars Academy is accepting donations of child-sized college T-shirts. The last Friday of every month, scholars wear T-shirts representing various colleges. It is part of an effort to instill the importance of attending college at a very young age. Most of the children have parents who never attended or graduated college and/or who cannot afford the extra expense of buying T-shirts. This is why they need your help. All you have to do is purchase a T shirt (kids size XS-4, S-5/6, M-7/8, L-9/10) of YOUR alma mater or your favorite college and have it sent directly to the school! Most schools have online stores and you can order them like that! Simple right?
